I'm absolutely thrilled to share a milestone that means so much to me—I’ve just made my very first donation to British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) for £44.75! This donation comes from a portion of the profits from my art and creations over the first three months of the year, and I couldn’t be happier to see it go toward such an important cause.
BDMLR does incredible work rescuing and caring for marine mammals in need, from stranded seals to distressed whales and dolphins. As someone who is taking steps to become a Marine Mammal Medic, this organization holds a special place in my heart. Every sale, every piece of art that finds a home, and every little bit of support from you all helps contribute to something bigger—a direct impact on marine conservation and rescue efforts.
This is just the beginning. My goal is to continue donating from my profits throughout the year, supporting BDMLR as much as I can. Whether it’s through my nature-inspired projects, bone preservation art, or beachcombing creations, I love that my work can make a difference beyond just creativity—it can help protect the marine life we all cherish.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me by purchasing my work, sharing my passion, and encouraging my journey. Here’s to many more donations and continued efforts to help our coastal wildlife!
